Police in a rural Alberta group are investigating after an obvious arson fireplace displaced a household of seven.
Fireplace, police and ambulance crews responded early Saturday morning to a blaze at a house in Athabasca, which broken a house and destroyed a storage, a camper and an SUV.

The household of seven, the youngest of whom is one, all escaped the fireplace unhurt. The hearth was reported at 2:35 a.m.

A photograph of the blaze provided by RCMP exhibits a completely engulfed storage with the phrases “go house” scrawled on the door in purple spray paint.
