Police are looking for the general public’s help to establish a suspect in an armed theft at a northeast Edmonton restaurant.
On Tuesday April 11, 2023, at 8:34 p.m., a person entered a restaurant within the space of 120 Avenue and 90 Avenue to select up a takeout order. Police stated the suspect provided to pay his invoice in money and when the only real feminine worker opened the money register, the suspect brandished a silver handgun and pointed it on the employee — demanding all the cash from the register.
After acquiring money the suspect fled northbound on 90 Avenue in direction of 122 Avenue. Nobody was injured.
The suspect is described as an Indigenous male who’s roughly five-foot-10 and 230 lbs. He’s stated to be carrying a big gold ring on his proper pointer finger and had distinctive tattoos on the highest of his proper hand and each side of his neck.
